It is available for use with Microsoft 365 for Windows (it is not designed for Office for the Mac or supported on a Mac).

Our Customized Ribbon
We customize the Home tab on the ribbon to incorporate our various features, including buttons used to launch our macro menus and individual macros, as well as a style group providing direct access to our extensive style library, numbering and document cleanup features. We also add a separate tab with a set of style formatting tools used to interactively modify the format of styles in your documents. We are happy to customize this ribbon as desired to meet your preferences.

Use our main macro menu to efficiently create or update correspondence documents, to generate envelopes and labels, and to perform a variety of other tasks. We use simple screens to prompt for a variety of data and options, always tailored to your branding and preferences.

Automate Your Pleadings
Our litigation features are extensive and highly automated, making assembling and formatting pleadings a breeze. This screen displays our litigation menu used in California and West Coast states. We also offer a menu for National law firms. We always adapt our litigation macros based upon the specific requirements of the venues where you file pleadings.

Automate Your Forms
Easily maintain and distribute your forms using our Forms Menu. Set up categories and subcategories to organize your forms. You may include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF and web links, and you can automate your Word forms with a variety of custom prompts.

Numbering Made Easy!
Our outline numbering tools make it very easy to apply one or more numbering schemes in your documents, and to modify the numbering in a document interactively, at any time. We customize the numbering schemes based upon your firm's preferences, and you can use an admin tool to manage them - or ask us to do it. Users also can store and share personal numbering schemes. Our Tables of Contents macro makes inserting a TOC based on your numbered and other styles quick and easy. Our Doc Cleanup tools make it easy to convert numbering from text or other formats, to automatically apply style separators to run-in headings and to restart or otherwise manipulate the numbering in your documents.

Style Formatting Made Easy!
On the Home tab, we display menus offering a comprehensive set of pre-defined styles for various types of headings and paragraphs. Once you have applied styles in a document, use the tools in our CCC Style Formatting tab to interactively modify the format of those styles in order to make global formatting changes throughout your document. These tools also allow you to easily customize outline numbering. Just click a button and immediately see the results.

Automate Document Cleanup
The CCC Cleanup tab includes a variety of tools used to clean up documents, convert formatting and apply styles to documents. One set of tools can identify formatting and footnotes in documents you wish to copy/paste unformatted, then reapply that formatting, restore footnotes and apply styles. Other tools automatically apply styles, find and replace styles, reapply styles, clear formatting, and convert numbering from text or other numbering styles to CCC numbering styles.
